About the role
Recruit, train and lead SCDI volunteers for our programmes, starting with The First Full Table launch and community food distribution in Ikwo on 24 November 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and register volunteers and assign them to programmes and events
- Plan volunteer briefings, rosters and safeguarding orientation
- Coordinate volunteers on distribution days and record hours served
- Keep volunteer records up to date in the backstage
Requirements
- OND/HND/BSc in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in community development or volunteer management
- Strong organisation and communication skills; Igbo and English
- Based in or able to travel within Ebonyi State
